Site Reservations:
Please note that we cannot guarantee specific sites. While you may request a site via phone or email, we are unable to guarantee its availability. Check-in time is 12:00 PM (CST), and check-out time is 11:00 AM (CST) on your departure day.
Park Rules:
- The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH.
- Parking or driving on the grass is prohibited.
- No open flames or fires are allowed. Gas or charcoal grills and propane fire pits are permitted as long as they are attended at all times.
- Please refrain from parking in or driving through vacant sites.
- Stakes are not allowed in RV sites.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM (CST) to 8:00 AM (CST).
- Clotheslines and tying anything to trees, including dog leads, are not allowed.
- Mechanical work on vehicles or RVs within your site is not permitted.
- Rugs or mats must be kept on the site surface, not on the grass.
- Please ensure all hookups are properly disconnected when departing. Any damages caused by negligence will be your responsibility.
Pets:
While we do not have breed restrictions, all pet rules must be followed. Pets must be leashed and under the owner’s control at all times. Pets may be off-leash only within our designated Paw-Paw Park. Owners are required to pick up after their pets in the RV park and Paw-Paw Park. Dog waste bags are available for purchase at the office, and an emergency dispenser is located near the Paw-Paw Park. Pets may never be left unattended outside your RV or in the Paw-Paw Park. Pets are not allowed in bathrooms, the laundry room, or the rec hall, and must not create noise disturbances or damage the site. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. After two written warnings, pets that continue to violate the rules will not be allowed on the premises.
Children:
Children must be supervised when using the playground. Any child caught damaging playground equipment or throwing rocks in the playground or pool area will not be permitted to return to these areas for the remainder of their stay. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older) when using the pool or shower facilities. Unsupervised children are not permitted to run around the park or cause noise disturbances, and bikes or scooters may not be ridden in or around the shower house.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer credits or refunds for early departures or discomforts related to nature. The cancellation policy varies based on the timing of your notice relative to your reservation date.
- General Cancellations:
- To receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the arrival date.
- Changing Dates:
- We are happy to assist with date changes at any time. Please note that different rates may apply based on the new dates, and any difference in cost will be your responsibility.
- No-Show Policy:
- Reservations will be held until check-out time the day after your scheduled arrival. No-shows will result in a canceled reservation with no refund.
- Holiday Cancellations:
- For events like Cowboy Poetry, Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Viva Big Bend, Labor Day, or Art Walk, cancellations must be made 14 days in advance for a full refund minus a $15 processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be refunded.
- Cancellations Due to RV Breakdown/Accident, Hospitalization, or Illness:
- We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience an RV breakdown, accident, or other emergency on your way to the park, we may offer a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.
Camp Credits:
Camp Credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance. They cannot be redeemed for reservations during holiday periods or special events, have no cash value, and may only be used once. Reservations made with Camp Credits cannot be canceled for another credit or refunded to a credit card.
