Terms of Service

This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that they release the Campground, its officers, and employees from all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to the person arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
The camper agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers, and employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.

Refund Policy:

We do not give credit or refunds for discomforts of nature or early departures.
Cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice before the reservation date.

Cancellation Policy:

Standard Cancellation: Cancel at least 7 days prior to the arrival date for a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.
Holiday Cancellations: Cancellations for special events (Cowboy Poetry, March Spring Breaks, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Viva Big Bend Weekend, Labor Day weekend, Art Walk weekend) must be done 14 days in advance for a full refund minus a $15 processing fee. If canceled within 7 days, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will result in full payment with no refund.

No Show Policy:

Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in a canceled reservation and full forfeiture of funds.

Changing Your Dates:

We are happy to assist with reservation changes at any time. Please note: Date changes may result in different rates, and any difference will be your responsibility.

Camp Credits:

Camp Credits remain active on the user account for one year from issuance.
Camp Credits may NOT be redeemed for reservation dates that encompass a holiday period or special event.
Camp Credits have no cash value and may only be redeemed once.
Guests may not cancel a reservation made with a Camp Credit to receive another credit or receive the balance in cash or as a credit back to a credit card.

Children:

Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
Children under 7 years old must be supervised at the playground and in the Rec Hall.
Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) at the pool and the bathhouse.
Children are not allowed to run around the park unattended or cause any noise disturbances.
Children are not permitted to ride bikes or scooters in or around the shower house.
Any child that damages playground furnishings or is caught throwing rocks at the playground or in the pool will not be allowed back in those areas for the remainder of your stay.

Pets:

All pets are welcome. There is no breed policy or limit.
Pets must be on a leash and under the control of the owner at all times.
Pets are allowed off-leash only in the Paw-Paw Park.
Pet owners must promptly pick up after their pets in the RV park and the Paw-Paw Park. Dog waste bags are available for purchase in the office and from a dispenser at the Paw-Paw Park.
Pets may never be left unattended outside your rig or in the Paw-Paw Park.
Pets must not create noise disturbances.
Pets are not allowed to scratch or dig anywhere in the RV site or on the premises.
Owners are responsible for all damages caused by their pets. Two written warnings will be given if rules are not followed. On the third warning, the pet will not be allowed on the premises.
Pets are not allowed in the Rec Hall, bathrooms, laundry room, or pool area.
All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations before visiting the campground.
